David Griffiths, Design Management Consultant

David Griffiths has both a commercial background in branding and design management and is a contributor to design education and professional practice issues. Following his MBA he joined Royal Mail to manage their Identity Programme. Since 2003 he has divided his time between working in the UK and India with corporate clients and design consultancy teams on design management issues. He is an advisor to the Aliagroup in Mumbai and a partner in the Dutch IDIS Capability Development venture to offer professional development events for the design profession. David Griffiths has lectured widely on branding and design management issues in the UK, Europe, India and North America and is a visiting faculty member or course advisor to design management programmes at several international universities. He also is a member of the implementation working group on Professional Practice issues for the UK's national design skills initiative: "High-level Skills for Higher Value".
